Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and X4D Hosting ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

1. The service

X4D Hosting gives you a free web hosting account and a subdomain such as yourname.x2d.fun. Hosting accounts are provided by us and managed from this dashboard. Some subdomain names are paid; the price is always shown before you reserve one.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the service. If you are under 18, you need permission from a parent or guardian. You must give accurate information, keep your password secret, and you are responsible for everything done with your account.

2. Acceptable use

You may use the service for personal, school, portfolio, community and small business websites. You may not use it to host, send or link to:

• anything illegal in the Philippines or in the country where you live;
• phishing pages, scams, fake login pages, malware, cryptominers, or hacking tools aimed at others;
• spam, bulk unsolicited email, or mail sent from forged addresses;
• sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate images, or content that promotes violence or terrorism;
• content that infringes copyright or trademarks (including pirated software, films or music);
• harassment, threats, or the personal information of others without their consent;
• file storage or download mirrors that are not part of a real website, proxies, VPNs, or anything that overloads shared servers.

Our hosting also has resource limits (for example on CPU use, daily hits and file counts). If your site exceeds them it can be limited or deactivated.

3. Abuse, suspension and termination

If we believe your account breaks these terms, harms others, or puts the platform at risk, we may deactivate it, remove content, or close it. Where possible we warn you first and explain why, but for serious abuse (such as phishing or malware) we act immediately. You can ask for a review by opening a support ticket. Report abuse on any site we host through Support with the category "Report abuse".

You can delete your account at any time from Account settings.

4. Subdomains and payments

• A subdomain is registered to your account for as long as your account is active and in good standing. You do not own the parent domain.
• Paid names are paid once, by GCash, Maya or bank transfer, and reviewed by hand. A reservation expires if you don't pay in time. Your name stays held while we review a submitted payment.
• Payments are not refundable once a subdomain is activated, except where the law requires it or where we made a mistake. If we reject a payment we tell you why; if you sent money that we cannot match, contact support with your reference number.
• We can release a subdomain that is deactivated for abuse, or that belongs to a deleted account.
• Prices can change, but a change never affects a name you already paid for.

5. Your data and backups

Your website files, databases and email stay yours. Free hosting has no backup guarantee: keep your own copies of everything important and download backups regularly. If your hosting account is deleted (by you, by us after a deactivation, or after a long period of inactivity) its files and databases cannot be recovered. 6. No warranty

The service is provided free and "as is". We work to keep it fast and online, but we don't promise any uptime, speed, or that it will be free of errors or interruptions. Free features may change or end; we'll give notice where we reasonably can.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by third-party services, or events outside our control. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Philippine consumer law that cannot be waived.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make an important change we will notify you in the dashboard or by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, the new terms apply. The date at the top shows the latest version.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
