Is the hosting really free?
Yes. The hosting account has no charge. Some subdomain names are paid; the price is shown before you reserve one.
Which addresses can I get?
A subdomain under .x2d.fun, for example yourname.x2d.fun. You can pick it when you register or later from your dashboard.
How much does a subdomain cost?
Short names (up to 3 characters) cost ₱99.00 and longer names ₱10.00. Some extensions have their own price, shown when you search. You pay once by GCash, Maya or bank transfer.
When is my hosting ready?
Usually a few minutes after your subdomain is active. You can follow the progress live on your hosting page.
Do I get HTTPS (SSL)?
Yes. Free subdomains get SSL automatically. For your own domain, use the free certificate tool on the SSL page and install it in your control panel.
Can someone else take my name?
No. Each name can be registered once, and some names are reserved.
Can other customers change my DNS records?
No. You can only manage records for subdomains you own, and the records your hosting needs are protected.
What happens if my account is deactivated?
Your site goes offline but files are kept while the account exists. Open a support ticket to find out why and how to restore it.
Do you back up my site?
Free hosting has no backup guarantee. Download backups of your files and databases regularly.
